I have lived at Quail Hollow for almost a year. The new manager is really nice and seems to care a lot about us. I have noticed some changes already. The pool looks like we will be able to use it this year, and the gym is so much cleaner. I was going to move at the end of my lease but I have decided to renew.

I’ve lived here for the past 4 years I love the office here they make sure all of your needs are met and taken care of in a reasonable time I just renewed my lease today for another year I feel at home here. I love the fact that sams club and Walmart is literally in my backyard great place to stay and a great community I love it here!!!

Moving in a older apartment complex comes with some issues no one wants to deal with however, that being said the property manager along with her staff was very helpful and handled all of the issues very quickly with the property manager stopping by a few days later checking to make sure we got moved in and if there were anything else that needed their attention. Everyone has been over the top friendly and helpful. Definitely give Quail Hollow five stars!!
