Our Pet Policy
- Quail Hollow allows dogs and cats
- We welcome pets upon approval
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
- The combined weight limit is 200 lbs.
- We proudly offer no breed restrictions
Pet Fees
- $300 fee for first pet, $200 for second
- $25 per month per pet
